PROPERTY RENTAL A $500 non-refundable deposit is due upon execution of a contract agreement. The balance is due one month prior to the event date.
The Lowe’s Neck of the Woods is available to you on your date from the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Cleanup needs to be done by noon the day after the event.
Music must be turned down at 12:00 p.m.
A 3 hour rehearsal may be scheduled prior to your event and is based on venue availability.
You are welcome to schedule visits to Lowe’s Neck Of The Woods for viewing and planning prior to your event.
CATERING You are free to choose a caterer or cater the event yourself.
ALCOHOL POLICY If serving alcohol of any kind, a $10.00Washington State Banquet Permit is required and must be posted at the bar during your event
EVENT SET UP
We will set up the chairs at the ceremony area and the tables and chairs at the reception area. All of the property belonging to you, your guest, invitees, agents and sub-contractors will be your responsibility and must be removed by the end of your event.
EVENT CLEAN UP You are responsible for returning the property to the state that it was provided to you. This includes clearing trash from tables, any borrowed Neck of the Woods items cleaned and replaced, and all decorations removed.
Neck of Woods will be responsible for tearing down the tables and chairs. We will also be responsible for sweeping, mopping & hauling away the garbage.
INSURANCE You are required to purchase an event insurance policy. You are welcome to purchase your own or use a company recommended by us.wedsafe.com
